Meet the Developer

Stillwater Equity Partners, a real estate investment and development firm out of Alpine, UT, broke ground late December 2019 on the first of two construction phases for a 300-unit apartment community located in Rexburg, Idaho. The apartments encompass 13.5-acres of the 60-acre master planned community designed by Stillwater known as Thomson Farms. Over half (190) of the 300-units will be constructed within the first phase. The apartment community will include a clubhouse, pool, playground, a large grass area surrounded by trees, and a gathering center known as "The Barn". The clubhouse, pool, and other amenities will be constructed in the second phase along with the remaining 110-units.
